- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible. When I purchased my insurance, I did so because Dr Penoyar was on the list of PCP's and it stated he was taking new customers. When I called, guess what, he isn't taking new customers until OCTOBER 2016! I am done, I have been trying for two years to get back to the Dr I trust. Now I will have to find another.
